WORKING PRINCIPLE OF THE MACHINES
Our devices operate fully automatically thanks to the mechanical system inside. During the first start-up, when a 6 minute time relay completes, the machine goes on. Thanks to the command from the computer, the device will move downwards, starting from defrosting through the actuator to which the water tank is connected.
Defrost time is approximately between 2 and 3 minutes. After this time is over, the second command from the computer activates the actuator system and moves the water tank upwards to make ice.
While the water tank moves upwards, the devices will simultaneously start taking water thanks to the electronic liquid level control relay.
Recommended ice-making time is approximately 70 minutes. After the ice-making time is completed, the actuator moves downwards and discharges the ice into its insulated tank.
According to its capacity, the system automatically shuts down when the tank is filled with ice. In case the ice is taken from inside, it re-engages. As long as the device is running, the systen automaticcally completes all operations in this way and continues to work without any trouble for the user. What the user needs to do is to open the cover of the device and take ice from it.
NOTE: Our ice measurements are 6 cm in diameter and 16 cm in lenght. In this way, it works without damaging any mixer.
